Mullewa Community Trust Grants Program open
The current round of funding for the Mullewa Community Trust Grants Program for applications up to $10,000 are now open.
Shire of Mullewa CEO, Tom Hartman said the Mullewa Shire Council had established an annual program of funding to the Mullewa community as a joint project with Mt Gibson Mining Ltd.
“A number of worthy community groups have already received funds,” he said.
“These have included air conditioning and floor covering at St Johns Ambulance, synthetic grass courts for the Mullewa Tennis Club and a quilting machine for the Mullewa Arts and Crafts group.
“We strongly encourage groups to apply who can clearly demonstrate that their activities will be of benefit to the Mullewa community,” Mr Hartman said.
Grant applicatons for funding in the current round are now open until 15th December 2007. |
